Stranger Things Float

Thank you to everyone who came out to join us in the Emmaus Halloween Parade. The float was a huge success as we hear many people shout "Stranger Things!" as we went by the crowds. Everyone has a great time riding the float and handing out candy!

THE EYA NEEDS YOUR HELP!!

WE NEED YOU!

The EYA is in need of volunteers. We have many positions open and many tasks that can be completed by just about anyone willing to help.

Positions currently available:

-Photo Coordinator - Responsibilits are to coordinate the photo shoots for all teams and sports as the need arises throughout the year.

-T-ball Coordinator - Responsibilities are to coordinate the EYA t-ball baseball teams, their coaches, schedules, and communicate with the league with which the teams play in.

-Coach-Pitch Baseball Coordinator- Responsibilities are to coordinate the EYA coach-pitch baseball teams, their coaches, schedules, and communicate with the league with which the teams play in.

-League Softball Coordinator - Responsibilities are to coordinate the EYA league play softball teams, their coaches, schedules, and communicate with the league with which the teams play in.

-Field Maintenance Coordinator - Responsibilites are to coordinate volunteers to help maintain, and prep playing fields.

-Web Master - Responsibilites are to work with EYA Board in the running and maintainging of the EYA Website.

If you are interested in any of the above positions, would like to volunteer in another capacity, or if you have any questions about volunteering,  please contact the EYA. You can send an e-mail to info@eyanews.org or come out to an EYA board meeting.

Lehigh Valley Girls Softball League 12U Champions

Congratulations to the EYA 12U Travel Softball Team. Coach Michele Kozy and her coaching staff accomplished a lot this spring season. Their team went 12-0-1 to win their regular season title. They beat Northern Lehigh in a best of 3 Championship Series. GREAT JOB GIRLS!

7DS Softball Camp

From June 24 through June 27, 2019 31 players representing 9 organizations and 7 school distrits attended the 7 Deadly Spins Fastpitch Softball Camp hosted by the Emmaus Youth Association. The girls brought their best game to the camp everyday, learned a lot, had fun, and overall had an awesome week! A special thanks to the 7 Deadly Spins for bringing this great opportunity to our community!

Eastpenn Girls Softball League 10U Champions

Eastpenn Girls Softball League Champions

Over Father's Day weekend 2019 the EYA 10U Intramural Softball team won the East Penn Girls Softball Championship. They played in a weekend playoff tournament and beat Lower Mac, and 2 Boyertown teams to acheive the title of Champions! Way to go girls! Congratulations!
